From 2011 to the end of May 2024, CDB Leasing provided RMB100.6 billion worth of new lease financing to the construction machinery sector, supporting cumulative equipment leasing volume of over 155,000 units. These favorable and convenient financial leasing products and services have reached over 70,000 micro and small enterprises as well as individual customers.

The hundreds of billions of new lease financing in renminbi value highlights CDB Leasing’s steadfast commitment to inclusive financial services. To address difficulties in financing, i.e. lack of access, high cost and cumbersome procedures, faced by most purchasers of construction machinery, CDB Leasing has leveraged the close tie between the leasing sector and the real economy to cooperate with leading domestic manufacturers of construction machinery and integrate key resources and advantages along the industry chain. This has contributed to the creation of a vendor leasing model for retailing leasing products and the establishment of an efficient product model characterized by “centralized credit line at the source and batch delivery to end customers”. This has swiftly and effectively resolved the financing challenges for end customers.
